User Guidelines

The medque team strives to provide you with a service that makes your life easier and more productive, and your behavior in using the Service is a key part to the success of that mission for you and others. We therefore require you to comply with the following User Guidelines, which are supplemental to (and incorporated within) our Terms of Service. If we use any capitalized term in these Guidelines without defining it, we are using the definition provided in the Terms of Service.

  • Do not violate laws or regulations applicable to you or the use of the Service. You, and not medQue, are responsible for complying with any laws, regulations and Organizational Policies applicable to the User Content you upload, post, transmit to or otherwise make available via the operation of the Service.

  • Do not use the Service in violation of any policies or requirements of an Organization to which you are subject, or in some other manner that violates laws or regulations protecting personally identifiable or protected health information of any other person. Do not upload, post or otherwise transmit any data that you don’t have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (e.g., inside information, confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment or other working or educational relationships or under nondisclosure agreements).

  • Do not upload, post or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional materials, and do not use the Service or User Content for any commercial purpose or the benefit of any third party in any manner not permitted by the Terms of Service.

  • Do not impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, an employee of ours or any other User, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person, organization or entity, or send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information, including "spoofing" or "phishing.”

  • Do not use the Service to promote harm to any person, group of people or animals, or any governmental or legal entity; or stalk or harass anyone.

  • Do not use contact or other User information obtained from the Service (including email addresses) to contact Users outside of the Service without their express permission, or to create or distribute mailing lists or other collections of contact or User profile information for use outside of the Service.

  • Do not upload, promote or distribute software viruses or any other kind of computer code, files or programs that attempt to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment. Don’t interfere with our servers or with the services and networks of the service providers we use to help deliver the Service.

  • Do not access or attempt to access, or search in or download User Content from, the Service by any means other than through the interface provided by medQue (including through the use of scripts, web crawlers, spiders, robots, data mining tools or the like). And don’t use the Service in a manner that could lead to the interruption of access to the Service for others.

  • Do not upload, publish or display any content that contains sexually graphic material or material that is otherwise deemed explicit or offensive by medQue; that medQue deems threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, obscene, invasive, hateful or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; or that medQue determines conflicts with your obligations under applicable local law or these User Guidelines.

  • Do not share login credentials with any other person, as you are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

  • Do not avoid, bypass, remove, deactivate, impair, descramble or otherwise circumvent any technological measure implemented in the Service or by medQue, or any of our Service Providers or any other third party (including another User), designed to protect the Service, User Content or Organizational Policies.

  • Do not authorize, permit, enable, induce or encourage any third party to do any of the foregoing actions.

Please understand that medQue’s adoption of these User Guidelines is intended to promote a beneficial experience for all users of the Service, but we cannot and do not monitor the use of the Service by others, so you may be exposed to offensive, indecent or objectionable behavior by other users when using the Service. We expect that you understand this and, accordingly, you agree that your use of the Service at your own risk.
